Frequently Asked Questions

Increase the value of the tree.

We are excited about providing the best tree care services in the area.

Are you insured?

Yes, in fact we go above and beyond general practice by carrying full coverage to protect you & your property, our property and workers compensation insurance for our team members.

Why should we go with Lundin Tree?

We are certified arborists that really care about the work we do. We love trees and will always work to keep them healthy, opting for prunes over removals wherever practical.

What are your qualifications?

We are International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborists.  Cameron Lundin has served on the Board of Directors as treasurer for the Wisconsin Arborists Association.

What do I need to do to prepare for tree work on my property?

Clean up for us is easiest with a kept lawn. We always strive to leave no trace for all the work we do. Making sure there is a clear path from the tree to the street will help facilitate removal of brush and logs efficiently and with minimal impact.

Can my tree be saved?

We hope so!  We try to save a tree whenever possible, please reach out and we will see what we can do.

Do I have to be home when the work is done?

Nope.  While we do want to have an in-person discussion for any pruning, we won’t need you onsite for the actual work to be done.

How do I know if and when my tree needs pruning?

Broken branches, dead branches, missing bark, and cracks can all indicate pruning or tree care is needed.  We would be happy to take a closer look, please contact us.

When is the best time to prune a tree?

Oaks, Elms, and Fruit trees should be pruned in the winter months. Most other trees can be pruned at any time of  the year.

How do I get a tree consultation?

Contact us here, consultations for a residential property generally cost $50 with the cost being applied to any work that is done.

Can I keep the wood for my tree?

Absolutely, we even offer a discount when we do not have to haul away the wood from a prune or removal.  Discount applies to leaving wood on site. We can also cut pieces into firewood but extra time and cost may be incurred.

What about this stump, can we get rid of that?

Yes. We handle stump removals, depending on budget we can leave the wood chips or remove and replace with top soil.

Why choose LundinTree?

“This trio of professionals were WONDERFUL to work with! Their quote came in significantly lower than any other quote we got, they were professional, kind, clean, took safety seriously, and looked outside the box when we needed to get rid of a tree leaning over our neighbor’s house. I’ll be referring everyone I know to them for their tree care needs.”
